Installation of a Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd. Side-Facing Utility Seat in accordance with Air Methods Corporation Master Data Index (MDI) 731-9033, Revision “-“, dated December 12, 2006, FAA approved December 12, 2006, or later FAA approved revision.
1. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.
2. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Rotorc raft Flight Manual Supplement Number 080-0362, Rev. IR, FAA approved October 19, 2006 or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as a part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Repor t AMMS 050-0414, Rev. IR, dated September 15, 2006, FAA accepted October 18, 2006, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
4. NOTE: Martin-Baker seat must be marked with TSO-C39b approval for side facing installation.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another per son to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the ba sis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is ot herwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
