Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Ag-Air Systems, Inc., hydraulic accessory drive system per Ag-Air Systems, Inc. Master Drawing List 34870-401-MDL, Revision A, dated August 30, 1999, and Ag-Air Systems, Inc. Installation Instructions Report No. AASI-IM-626, Revision A, dated August 30, 1999, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model helicopter only. This approval should not be extended to helicopters of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter. A copy of this Certificate and the appropriate FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement AASI- FM-626, Revision A, dated September 24, 1999, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
The system must be maintained per Ag-Air Report AASI-MM-626, Revision IR, dated June 15, 1999, which provides instructions for continued airworthiness.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the ba sis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
