Installation of Removable Crew Doors in accordance with Laz-Tec Drawing List, Report No. AA-11066, Revision C, dated December 27, 2011, FAA approved January 19, 2012, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number AA- 11070, Revision NR, dated January 19, 2011, or later FAA approved revision is required for this installation.
2. FAA accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Laz-Tec, LLC Document No. AA-11071, Revision NR, dated January 04, 2012, FAA accepted January 12, 2012, or later FAA accepted revision is required.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
