1. Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number FMS.OAL313.STC.AS350-AS355, Rev. 0, dated August 25, 2014, or later FAA approved revision is required for this installation.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Airborne Systems OAL Document No. ICA.OAL313.STC.AS350-AS355, Rev. 0, dated September 04, 2014, FAA accepted September 05, 2014, or later FAA accepted revision is required.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. A copy of this certificate must be maintainted as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

5. If the STC holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
