1. Flight Manual Supplement, Laz-Tec, LLC, Document Number LT-15205, No Revision, dated August 28, 2015, or later FAA approved revision is required for the installation.
2. Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, Laz-Tec, LLC Document Number LT-15204, No Revision, dated May 15, 2015, FAA accepted July 1, 2015, or later FAA accepted revision is required.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. If the STC holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
