FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) is required for this installation, refer to AML-SROO812DE for model specific RFMS document.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) are required to be made available at installation, refer to AML SR00812DE for model specific ICA document.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
