Fabrication and Installation of Erickson Model Sea Snorkel System in accordance with Erickson Master Drawing List No. 1253, Revision M, dated July 2, 2013, or later FAA approved revision. Erickson Air-Crane Rotorcraft Flight Manual Suppleme nt (RFMS), Document No. (See AML), or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. EAC012, Revision 5, dated July 31, 2013, or later revision is required.

As a prerequisite to this installation, the rotorcraft must be equipped with an Erickson Fire Tank Fighting System per Supplemental Type Certificate No. SR00004SE. The installer must determine whethe r this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
