1. Installation of Tyler Camera and Mount per Keytech Installation Drawing List IDL00152, Rev. A, dated December 19, 1997.

2. Keytech Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00152 is required with this modification.

3. The inspection requirements are as specified in Keytech Instruction for Continued Airworthiness Report No. IC00152, dated November 18, 1997.

1. This approval does not include the electrical interface between the modification and other aircraft systems. Satisfactory completion of EMI/RFI testing in accordance with Keytech EMI/RFI Test Plan Report No. TP00152.2, Rev. A, dated March 24, 1998, is required before functional operation approval is granted.

2. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Sikorsky S-76B Serial No. 760357. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
