Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document No. TD 70-8-02, Revision NC dated 3/3/2017, FAA Accepted 3/7/2017, or later FAA accepted revision are required to be made available at installation. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. TD 70-8-01, Revision IR dated 12/1/2016, FAA Approved 3/6/2017, or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
