1. Installation of a Honeywell SPZ 7000 Digital Automatic Flight Control System in conjunction with the Turbomeca Arriel 1S1 engines in accordance with KeyTech Installation Drawing List IDL00210 No. Rev. dated April 21, 1998.

2. KeyTech Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00210, FAA Approved June 19, 1998, is required with this modification.

1. Installation of Honeywell SPZ 7000 DAFCS in accordance with Honeywell Incorporated STC SH3200NM Amended March 22, 1989, or later FAA approved amendments, and Turbomeca Arriel 1S1 engines in accordance with United Technologies Corporation Sikorsky Aircraft Division STC SH568NE Amended September 13, 1996, or later FAA approved amendments, are pre-requisites for this modification.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
