Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Apical Emergency Float Kits Part Number 20430 in accordance with FAA approved Apical Industries, Inc., Master Document List and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement as listed on the attached FAA Approved Model List Number SR00856LA, dated February 1, 2005, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval requires the inspections and overhaul schedules to be performed as mandated by the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA105-2, Revision A, dated July 1, 1999, or ICA105-501, Revision N/C, dated October 21, 2004 or later FAA approved revisions. This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
