Description of the Type Design Change: Replacement of the original landing gear skid tubes and saddles with DART Aerospace Model D058-672-011 and -012, or D058-672-013 and -014 skid tubes and saddles fabricated in accordance with DART Aerospace Master Drawing List (MDL) No. MDL-D058-672, Revision B, dated January 29, 2001, or later FAA-approved revision; and installed in accordance with DART Aerospace Installation Instruction No. IIN-D058-672, Revision B, dated June 6, 2000, or later FAA-approved revision. These skid tubes and saddles must be maintained in accordance with DART Aerospace Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) No. ICA-D058-672, dated November 17, 2000, or later FAA-accepted revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the rotorcraft listed on AML SR00912SE only, that are equipped with high landing gear. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this certificate, AML SR00912SE, and the ICA, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
