Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Honeywell Solid State Flight Data Recorder (SSFDR) per Columbia Helicopters, Inc., Master Drawing List 01-AVI-0318, Revision B, dated May 22, 2001, or later FAA-approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

This approval should not be extended to aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. This modification must be maintained in accordance with Columbia Helicopters, Inc., Maintenance Manual Supplement Document No. C07-2/31-30-01, Revision 0, dated June 27, 2008, or later FAA-accepted revision.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement No.

01-AVI-0315, Revision: Basic, June 6, 2001, is a required part of this STC.
