Description of the Type Design Change: Fabrication of Kawak Aviation Technologies, Inc. Model YB02854 Auxiliary Hydraulic System in accordance with Kawak Master Drawing List (MDL) as specified on AML SR00928SE, or later FAA-approved revision. Installation of this system in accordance with Installation Manual (IM) as specified on AML SR00928SE, or later FAA-approved revision. This modification must be maintained in accordance with Rotorcraft Maintenance Manual Supplement (MMS) as specified on AML SR00928SE, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the models listed on AML SR00928SE only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. Rotorcraft modified in accordance with this supplemental type certificate must be operated in accordance with a Kawak Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) as specified on AML SR00928SE or later FAA-approved revision. A copy of this certificate, AML SR00928SE, and copies of the MDL, IM, MMS, and RFMS must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
