• MDL BME-007-MD, Revision A, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer is responsible to determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved alterations on an aircraft.

2. A copy of this certificate and Approved Model List must be maintained as part of the permanent record of the altered aircraft.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter an aircraft, the holder must provide the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Aircraft with this STC installed shall be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document as listed on the Approved Models List (AML) for this STC, or later FAA accepted revision, unless other methods, techniques and practices for maintaining this STC have been accepted by the FAA.

5. Aircraft with this STC installed shall be operated in accordance with the RFMS as listed on the Approved Models list for this STC or later FAA approved revision.

6. In accordance with 21.50, the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) are required to be made available at installation.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this STC is:
