Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document No. CW0725-1061, Revision IR dated 2/14/2019, FAA accepted 2/24/2019, or later FAA accepted revision is required to be made available at installation. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. CW0715-1112, Revision A dated 1/3/2019, FAA Approved 2/25/2019, or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
