What the certificate says

1. The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record of a altered aircraft Series Number 69-15855.
4. Aircraft UH-4H, Series Number 69-15855 with this STC installed shall be maintained in accordance with the Instruction for Continued Airworthiness Document Number 3900-205, Revision A, dated August 2, 2018, or later FAA accepted revision unless other methods, techniques and practices for maintaining this STC have been accepted by the FAA.
5. Aircraft UH-1H, Series Number 69-15855, with this STC installed shall be operated in accordance with RFMS IH-104, Revision Original- Bell UH-1H FOR THE ISOLAIR 3900-205 Spray Tank - FAA approved on August 21, 2018, or later FAA approved.
6. In accordance with 21.50, the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) are required to be made available at installation.
