Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document No. CW0720-1127, Revision IR dated 5/31/2020, FAA accepted 6/23/2020, or later FAA accepted revision is required to be made available at installation. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. CW0710-1133, Revision IR dated 6/5/2020, FAA Approved 6/23/2020, or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the installation of the Non-Aviation Band FM Radio System is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change are shown on the attached AML.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 2/19/2020, is based upon 14 CFR Part 27 with amendment 27-1 through 27-50.
