Description of the Type Design Change: Fabrication of AMC 600X5630-501 Cooling Blower Assembly in accordance with AMC Master Drawing List No. MDL-AMC-002, Revision A, dated July 10, 2002, or later FAA approved revision. This modification must be installed and maintained in accordance with the MDHI model Helicopters Basic Handbook of Maintenance Instructions, Document Number CSP- HMI-2, Section 63-21-00, Revision 31, dated November 5, 2001, or later revision which has been accepted by the FAA for this modification.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to MDHI Model 600N rotorcraft only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that helicopter. A copy of this Certificate, and the Service and Maintenance Instructions must be maintained as part of the permanent record of the modified helicopter.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
