1. Installation of a Wescam 12DS200 Imaging System in accordance with Keytech Installation drawing List IDL00501 Rev. A dated 03/19/2002.
2. Keystone Helicopter Corp., FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00501, no Revision, FAA approved April 2, 2002, is required with this modification.
1. Compatibility of the modification has been demonstrated with Keytech STC SR00910NY, right side mounted SX5 installation.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
