3. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Garmin GPS500 Installation, Report No. IC00561 Rev. – dated 7/25/2002 is required for installation of the Garmin GPS 500.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

6. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. FM00561.1, Rev. – dated 08/20/2007 or later FAA approved revision is required for installation of the Garmin GPS 500W.
