1) Installation of NVIS/NVG Compatible Lighting System does not include or imply approval for flight operations with NVGs.

The operator must receive a determination from their civil aviation authority if an approval to operate with NVGs is required.

2) It is the responsibility of the installer to determine whether this type design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4) Any deviation from the cockpit or cabin configuration or exterior lights specified in the STC type design may affect the compatibility of the NVIS and will require a re-evaluation for NVIS cockpit and NVG compatibility. The aircraft is not certificated for NVG operations until this evaluation is completed.

5) Once the aircraft is modified with this STC, any future modification to the aircraft, including role or mission-specific equipment, may also affect the compatibility with the NVG and may require a re-evaluation by the FAA Flight Test & Human Factors Branch.

6) The RFMS must be carried on the aircraft during all flights.

7) The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

8) This STC is applicable to the following serial numbers for this make/model: 90-0185.
