Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Replacement Electric Starter for Auxiliary Power Unit in accordance with Helicopter Transport Services, Inc. (HTSI) Master Drawing List No. HTS -AESMDL-001, Revision A, dated January 8, 2018, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. This modification must be maintained in accordance with HTSI Maintenance Manual Supplement Document No. HTS -AESICA-001, dated January 8, 2018, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to rotorcraft models specified on AML SR01209SE only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this Certificate, AML, and Maintenance Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent record of the modified rotorcraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the prod uct, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
