Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a replacement attitude indicator per Columbia Helicopters, Inc. Master Drawing List Document No. 03-RDE-0412, Revision B, dated January 19, 2004, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. The modification must be maintained in accordance with Columbia Helicopters, Inc. Maintenance Manual Supplement Document No. C07-2/34-23-00, Revision 0, dated September 19, 2003, or later FAA accepted revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this Certificate and Maintenance Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified rotorcraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
