Installation per Report No. AA-96156, Revision G, dated November 18, 2005, or Installation per Report No. AA-03112, Revision B, October 26, 2005, or later DAS approved revision.
Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Aeronautical Accessories, Inc. Report AA-05051, Rev. A, dated October 13, 2005, or later FAA accepted revisions are required. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
