1. Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Emergency Float Kit Part Number 412-706-004-137, or 412-706-004-143, or 412-706-004-149 must be installed prior to the installation of this STC.
2. The intermixed installation configuration between the following Apical Industries Inc. and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. Emergency Float Assembly Part Numbers is not acceptable.

Note: The intermixed installation configurations per Apical Industries, Inc. Master Document List MD412-1, Revision H, dated August 14, 2002 are acceptable as described below:

3. This approval requires the inspections and overhaul schedules to be performed as mandated by the Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, ICA 412-1, Revision N/C, dated August 28, 2000, or later FAA approved revision.
4. This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
