1. Inspection of Door Modification Kits is to be performed in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D412-698, Revision 4, Transport Canada accepted January 8, 2008 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

2. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR01446NY, Amended February 8, 2008 must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
