Installation of Spacecam RAMS camera mount in accordance with DECA Aviation Modification Summary MS01071, Rev. 3, Transport Canada approved June 6, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Eurocopter (Aerospatiale) Service Bulletin Nos. 53-05 and 53-06 (for Tail Boom Ballast) are required for this installation.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
