Installation of Bearpaws in accordance with Dart Installation Instructions IIN-D044-662, Rev. D, dated February 14, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Dart Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA- D044-662, Rev. 1, dated February 14, 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration
