1. Installation of Honeywell T5317A, T5317B, or T5317BCV Engine in accordance with Eagle Copters Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-D205-753, Revision A, dated October 3, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Eagle Copters Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D205-753, Revision 0, dated April 17, 2008.
3. Operation in accordance with Eagle Copters Ltd. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement FMS-D205-753-2, Revision A, dated September 30, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
