Document CCSH-3HTank-1, Revision A, dated December 15, 2004, or later FAA approved revision.

A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

Installation of this firefighting tank must be maintained in accordance with Croman Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document Number CCSH-3HTank-1, Revision A, dated December 15, 2004, or later FAA accepted revision.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
