Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a belly utility mount in accordance with FAA approved Aero Pacific Master Data List, 350UM02-30, Revision “New” dated July 11, 2003, and FAA approved Aero Pacific Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 350UM02-10 revision “New” dated July 16, 2003, or later FAA Approved Revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. The equipment for which these provisions are intended has not been certified. Additional FAA approval is required for the installation of this equipment and must be evaluated to assure satisfactory compliance with the applicable airworthiness standards. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
