Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the rotorcraft models listed above only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effects upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.
Rotorcraft modified with the 214-706-003-107 Hoist must be operated in accordance with an FAA approved copy of the Dart Aerospace USA, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS), FMS- D205-737-1, Revision A, FAA approved May 16, 2005, or later FAA approved revision. Rotorcraft modified with the 412-830-101 SX-16 Nightsun Kit must be operated in accordance with an FAA approved copy of the Dart Aerospace USA, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) FMS- D205-737-2, Revision A, FAA approved May 16, 2005, or later FAA approved revision. A copy of this Certificate, FAA approved RFMS, and Maintenance Manual must be maintained as part of the ermanent record of the modified helicopter. p If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
