Description of the Type Design Change: Fabrication of Dart D412-742 Float Skidtube in accordance with Dart Aerospace USA, Inc. Drawing List No. MDL-D412-742, Revision B, dated June 21, 2005, or later FAA-approved revision; and installation of this system in accordance with Installation Instructions, Document No. IIN-D412-742, Revision A, dated February 8, 2005, or later FAA approved revision. This modification must be maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. ICA-D412-742, Revision 0, dated February 10, 2005, or later FAA-approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this Certificate and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
