2. Keystone Helicopter Corp. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00668, no Revision, FAA approved October 22, 2003, is required with this modification.

3. Keystone Helicopter Maintenance Manual Supplement, for the Installation of a Universal Avionic Systems Corporation UNS-1F Multi-Mission Management System (MMMS) with SCN 901.X Software on a Sikorsky S-76B/C Model Aircraft, Report No. MM00668 Rev. - dated September 22, 2003 is required for this modification.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
