1. Installation of a side mounted MX-15 Wescam Imaging System in accordance with Keytech Installation drawing List IDL00667 Rev C dated 1/10/05.
2. Keystone Helicopter Corp. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00667, Revision 1, FAA approved January 14, 2005, is required with this modification.
3. Keystone Helicopter, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Wescam FLIR Imaging System, MX-15 in Sikorsky Model S-76B/C Helicopter, Report No. IC00854 Rev. A dated January 11, 2005 is required for this modification.
1. The Wescam L-3 “Laser” illuminator installation is NOT certified with this installation. Additional FAA approval is required for the installation of this equipment and must be evaluated to assure satisfactorily compliance with the applicable airworthiness standards.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
