1. Installation of forward litter rack assembly in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Installation drawing List IDL00776, No rev, dated 2/27/04, or latest FAA approved revision.
2. Keystone Helicopter Corp. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00776, no Revision, FAA approved March 11, 2004 or latest FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.
3. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Forward Litter Rack assembly on a Sikorsky S-76A, S-76B, and S-76C Model Aircraft, Report No. IC00776 Rev. - dated February 9, 2004 is required for this modification.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
