2. Keystone Helicopter Corp. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00784, Revision 3, FAA approved October 17, 2008 or latest FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.

3. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness L-3 Communications Avionics Systems Inc Skywatch HP System installation in Sikorsky Model S-76 C Aircraft, Report No. IC00784 Rev. A dated June 1, 2008 or latest FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
