1. Installation of Universal Avionics Systems Corporation Multi-Function Display (MFD-640) System in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Installation drawing List IDL00732, Revision A, dated 6/22/04, or latest FAA approved revision.
2. Keystone Helicopter Corp. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00732, no Revision, FAA approved June 22, 2004 or latest FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.
3. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness MFD-640 (Multi-Function Display) installation in Sikorsky S-76C Model Aircraft, Report No. IC00732 Rev. - dated March 31, 2004 or latest FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
