3. The modification must be maintained in accordance with the applicable Rotorcraft Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (RICA). Refer to Master Data List Document 651-045049 Revision G, dated April 21, 2021, or later FAA approved revision, for the applicable RICA.

4. FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) is a required part of this installation and must be maintained with a copy of this certificate as part of the permanent record of the modified helicopter. Refer to Master Data List Document 651-045049 Revision G, dated April 21, 2021, or later FAA approved revision, for the applicable RFMS.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters EC120B is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown in TCDS R0001RD.

b. The modification certification basis for parts changed or affected by this change since the reference application date December 21, 2020, is based upon Part 27 with specific amendments as below.
