Configuration 1 (P/N 120-901234-01 with Cyclic Control):
a. Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-110, Revision 1, Transport Canada approved November 08, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
b. Flight Manual Supplement required by FAA STC SR01302LA.
Configuration 2 (P/N 120-901234-02 without Cyclic Control):
a. Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-109, Revision 1, Transport Canada approved November 08, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
b. Flight Manual Supplement required by FAA STC SR01302LA.
Configuration 3 (P/N 120-901234-03 quick connect with Cyclic Control):
a. Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-110, Revision 1, Transport Canada approved November 08, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
b. Flight Manual Supplement required by FAA STC SR01302LA.
Configuration 4 (P/N 120-901234-04 quick connect without Cyclic Control):

3. The SX-16 system must be maintained in accordance with the following Instructions for Continued Airworthiness:
a. Eurocopter Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for Model EC-120B Series Helicopter equipped with the Spectrolab SX-16 Nightsun with Meeker Mount, ICA-ECL-122, Revision 1, Transport Canada accepted November 08, 2005, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
b. Airfilm Camera Systems Document No. AF120-005, Revision 0, dated January 17, 2002.
c. Spectrolab SX-16 Nightsun Searchlight Operation and Maintenance Instructions, Document No. 031734, Revision N/C, amended July 15, 1999.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
5. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
