Install structural provisions for belly-mounted surveillance camera system (ExecuJet Drawing 0982N5420-00, Revision P-2 dated March 2, 2003 or later FAA-approved revision) in accordance with Installation Instructions contained in Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Power View Document PV-013, Revision 1 dated March 5, 2004, or later FAA-approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. Rotorcraft modified pursuant to this certificate must be maintained in accordance with Power View Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document PV-013, Revision 1 dated March 5, 2004, or later FAA-accepted revision.
3. Rotorcraft Flight Manual, “Bell Helicopter Models 206A, 206A-1, 206B, Revision 1, FAA-approved September 7, 2004 or later FAA-approved revision is required.
4. FAA approval of the selected on board equipment (i.e.: Computer, Back-up Battery, Power Supply, G.P.S., Hand Controller, and a designated 25-Amp Circuit Breaker) is required.

5. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approv al is limited to the installation provisions the one Power View Surveillance Camera System on any one of the following Bell Helicopter Textron Models: 206A, 206A-1, and 206B. This STC does not authorize manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
