1. Metro Aviation, Inc., Landing Gear Skid Extensions, Part Number 135M-110, must be installed in accordance with STC SR09230RC prior to the installation if this STC unless Eurocopter Mid Height Cross Tubes (P/N L321M1031051) are used.

2. This approval requires the inspections and overhaul schedules to be performed as mandated by the Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, ICA 135-1, Revision A, dated December 6, 2005, or later FAA approved revision.

3. This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
