2. Agusta Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. AAC-ENG-01-016, Rev. -, FAA approved July 15, 2004 is required.

3. Inspection of the rotorcraft is to be done in accordance with Helicopter Bell Model 412 Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for the installation of Agusta emergency Flotation Kit P/N 412-4600-04, Report No. AAC-ENG-01-017, Rev. -, dated April 12, 2004.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
