Reclassification to Category B, reduction of passenger seating configuration (9 passengers) to be completed in accordance with Eagle Copters Ltd, Installation Instructions IIN-D205-754, Revision A, dated October 18, 2007, Transport Canada approved October 18, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Eagle Copters Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-D205-754-1, Revision A, dated October 9, 2007, Transport Canada approved October 9, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision, is required when the helicopter is modified by both the installation of Honeywell T5317A, T5317B, or T5317BCV Engine and the installation of Bell 212 Main Rotor Blades in accordance with approved Supplemental Type Certificates.
2. Installation of the Honeywell T5317A, T5317B, or T5317BCV in accordance with FAA STC SR01496NY is required for this STC.
3. Installation of Bell 212 main rotor in accordance with FAA STC SH5132NM is required for this STC.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
5. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
