1. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Anti-Rotational Restraint System Installation in Erickson Air- Crane, Inc. Model S-64 E/F Aircraft, Report No. IC00920 Rev. -, dated January 18, 2005 or later FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.
2. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Erickson Air-Crane S-64 E/F Anti-Rotation System, Supplement No.
FM00920, Rev -, dated April 27, 2005 or later FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
