Original Product Type Certificate Number: HE Make: Eurocopter (Aerospatiale) Model: AS350D, B, BA Installation of an AKV, Inc. N/N, cycle counter, P/N 350NGLTSD, in accordance with Master Drawing List (MDL) No. LTS-001-D, Rev. NC, dated September 13, 2006, or later FAA approved revisions. This part must be installed on model AS350D in conjunction with STC Nos. SR5815SW or SR00772SE and model AS350B/BA in conjunction with STC Nos. SR5815SW or SR00805SE.
Limitations and Conditions: The N/N, cycle counter can only be installed on day/night VFR aircraft with non- FADEC equipped engine. It is for ground crew to perform maintenance functions and not intended to replace the Ng indicator as certificated with the aircraft.
Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other alterations are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other alterations will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified rotorcraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
