Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Baggage Access Panel (Ground Use Only), Forward Facing Seat, Seat Pan, and Wet Floor in the Sikorsky S-76A/B/C aircraft in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Installation Drawing List IDL00921 Rev. - dated 5/16/05 or later approved revision.

1. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Baggage Access in Sikorsky S-76A/B/C Aircraft, Report No. IC00921 Rev. A dated 5/20/2005 or later approved revision is required for this modification.

2. When the Baggage Access Panel portion of this modification is installed the FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supplement No. FM00921 Rev. – dated 5/24/2005 or later approved revision is required.

3. This approval should not be incorporated in any aircraft of this specific model on which other approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously incorporated approved modification will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
