Installation of the D412-702 Shoulder Harness Kits must be in accordance with Dart Aerospace, Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN- D412-702, Revision B, dated August 22, 2005 Transport Canada approved August 22, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

1. Dart Aerospace, Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D412-702, Revision 1 dated August 22, 2005, Transport Canada accepted August 22, 2005 or later Transport Canada accepted revision is required with this installation.

2. Dart Aerospace, Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS D412-702, Revision B, dated July 25, 2005, Transport Canada approved August 22, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revision is required with this installation.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

5. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR01997NY, issued September 28, 2004, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
