no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
The instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA) are provided in the installation and maintenance instructions listed on the MDLs for the various models as shown on the AML. The modified rotorcraft must be operated in accordance with an FAA-approved copy of the applicable rotorcraft flight manual supplement (RFMS), as identified on the AML. A copy of this certificate, the FAA-approved RFMS, and the applicable ICA must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified helicopter.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
